    Beyond Husserl, Heidegger, and Merleau-Ponty : The Phenomenology of Marc Richir
    (2016) ;
    Boucher, Martin
    In this article, I aim to introduce Marc Richir’s refoundation of transcendantal phenomenology. Starting from the double— “symbolic” and properly “phenomenological”—constitution of the concept of phenomenon, I present the key concepts of Richir’s “phe- nomenology nova methodo”: hyperbolical phenomenological epo- che , schematism, affectivity, phantasy, and so on. Beneath the dis- tinction between theory of knowledge and ontology, I seek to un- derstand both the sense of what he calls the “endogenization” of the phenomenological field and, “beyond Husserl, Heidegger and Mer- leau-Ponty,” the role of temporality in the phenomenalization of the phenomenon. Die drei Bildtypen in der transzendentalen Bildlehre J. G. Fichtes
    (Brill Rodopi, 2016)
    Worin besteht das Grundanliegen der Fichteschen Bildlehre? Sie macht es sich zur Aufgabe, das Wissen – so bezeichnet der Wissenschaftslehrer die transzen-dentale Erkenntnis – zu rechtfertigen. Das heißt, es geht in ihr darum, verständ-lich zu machen, inwiefern eine Erkenntnis je eine apriorische Erkenntnis ist. Hier-durch eröffnet sich ein neuartiges Verständnis des Status des Prinzips der tran-szendentalen Erkenntnis wie auch der Realität des dadurch Gewussten. Prinzip und Realität betreffen dabei nicht ein einzelnes Gewusstes, sondern eben das Wissen selbst, das reine Wissen, worunter Fichte das, was das Wissen überhaupt zu einem Wissen macht, versteht. Dieses Wissen als (reines) Wissen ist das »absolute« Wissen. Dadurch ist von vornherein klar, warum die Wissen-schaftslehre als Wissenslehre es mit dem Absoluten zu tun hat. Inwiefern ist hier-für aber eine Bildlehre nötig? Eine grundlegende Einsicht der Wissenschaftslehre besteht, allgemein formu-liert, darin, dass ihr Gegenstand ein Bild des Absoluten ist, das heißt das, wodurch das Absolute sich manifestiert oder erscheint.1 Dieses Bild (das nur »außerhalb« des Absoluten sein kann) ist nun nichts Anderes als das Wissen selbst: »Das Wis-sen ist durch und durch Bild; und zwar Bild des Einen, welches ist, des Abso-luten.«2 Bevor die Grundlinien dieser Bildlehre umrissen werden können, muss daher zunächst der Sinn und Status des Absoluten in Fichtes Denken vertieft wer-den. 1 Fichte betont explizit auf der ersten Seite der Wissenschaftslehre von 1813, dass nicht das Absolute in seinem Sein, sondern das Dasein des Absoluten, das heißt seine Er-scheinung und Manifestierung, den wahren Gegenstand der Wissenschaftslehre aus-macht. Vgl. auch den XX. Vortrag der Tatsachen des Bewusstseins (1813) (TdB-1813 in: GA II/15: 122). 2 WL-1813 in: GA IV/6: 276.

    Ereignis and Da-Sein in the Beiträge zur Philosophie
    This contribution seeks to clarify the status of Ereignis and Dasein in the Beiträge zur Philosophie and to question, in particular, the relationship between these two concepts. The angle that will be preferred here is that of the discussion with transcendentalism (starting with Kant). The author defends the thesis that there is an alteration in the meaning of " Dasein " between Sein und Zeit and the Beiträge zur Philosophie, having repercussions on the relationship between " Seyn " and " Da-sein " . At the very heart of this new meaning of Da-sein in the Beiträge stands the conception of an " out-standing standing-within " (ausstehendes Innestehen) that must be analyzed in detail.

    Marc Richir y la “institución de la idealidad”
    La institución de la idealidad pone en juego varios conceptos fundamentales de la " refundición " richiriana de la fenomenología que ya habíamos introducido y presentado en los dos capítulos anteriores 1 . Entre la obra La institución de la idealidad y los Fragmentos fenomenológicos sobre el lenguaje, la posición de M. Richir ha conocido cierto número de desplazamientos. En lo que prosigue, nos ocuparemos en primer lugar de los resultados fundamentales de la obra de 2002 para luego desarrollar los " complementos y correcciones " aportados seis años más tarde. Todo sentido intencional individual, o toda estructura de sentido, comporta implicaciones eidéticas que es preciso explicitar. Hemos comprobado, en el primer capítulo, cómo la variación eidética abría a un campo eidético de extensión infinita y cuyos " Bilder " (Vorbilder y Nachbilder) habían de ser, obligatoriamente, cualesquiera (así como el orden de sus variaciones), y cómo dicha variación no está " guiada " por la phantasia pura. Pero esta última no se limita a ser una " facultad " que efectúa la variación ; al mismo tiempo permite comprender, en cierto modo " contaminándolas " , el estatuto mismo de las variantes. Estas variantes, sobre cuya base se instituyen los eidè, ¡son phantasiai! El esclarecimiento que M. Richir se propone aportar a la cuestión de la institución de la idealidad consiste, precisamente, en desentrañar los roles respectivos desempeñados por phantasia e imaginación en dicha institución. ¿Por qué las variantes pertenecen al ámbito de la phantasia (pura) y no al de la imaginación ? Sencillamente porque lo que está fijado, cuando tratamos de aprehender el eidos, no es el propio eidos, huidizo e intermitente ¡sino su presentificación en imagen ! La relación arquitectónica entre la phantasía (en su " efectuación (Leistung) " específica) y la imaginación debe, efectivamente, entenderse como sigue : hay " entrada " o " ingreso " de las phantasiai (que son, de primeras, infigurables) en la extensión del eidos si están presentificadas en la imaginación y simultaneamente provistas de sentido intencional en su " componente " universal ; " la phantasía queda así (arquitectónicamente) transpuesta en

    Subjectivité et transcendance dans la phénoménologie générative », in: Metafísica: Perspectivas Históricas e seus Actores = Metaphysics: Historical Perspectives and its Actors
    In this article I would like to put forward an original figure of “subjectivity” in so far as it is developed in the context of a newly founded transcendental phenomenology called “generative phenomenology”. This figure of subjectivity is characterized by two fundamental aspects : the “vibration” or “oscillation” between the “self” and the “exterior” on the one hand and the quadruple dimension of “transcendence” (bringing genuine “phenomenological constructions”) on the other.
